This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop a strategic sales plan based on territory and accounts.
• Implement the sales strategy for the territory to achieve or surpass company objectives.
• Present Seer technology to clients during seminars and smaller gatherings.
• Advise clients on the advantages of Seer technology for comprehensive, unbiased proteomics to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with various departments to relay customer needs, influencing future product development and market growth.
• Oversee and navigate the sales process within a multifaceted sales landscape.
• Utilize, update, and maintain the CRM system effectively.
• Accurately forecast sales outcomes for the designated territory.
• Drive prospecting efforts and generate new leads in the region to broaden the customer base and explore new market opportunities.
• Assist in the growth of the commercial organization as required to achieve company objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of biomarker discovery and life sciences markets.
• Over 8 years or equivalent experience in successful life science capital sales.
• A highly adaptable and self-sufficient professional.
• Strong commitment to fostering long-term customer relationships.
