
Regional Business Director – Electrophysiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Execute and implement the commercial strategy for Electrophysiology by overseeing sales and clinical teams to enhance profitable sales growth.
• Propel regional sales performance in alignment with the business plan and manage both monthly and annual sales goals.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales targets in the US.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and implement tactical sales plans, which include quotas and account objectives.
• Collaborate with the Area Director to formulate commercial strategies.
• Oversee the management of the regional budget.
• Directly mentor and supervise Territory Managers, Clinical Account Specialists, and Ultrasound Specialists.
• Execute marketing strategies and tactics for commercial, field training, products, and services.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain talent within the region.
• Evaluate the clinical, technical, and commercial competencies of the regional team.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• Implement organizational development and change initiatives.
• Engage in the US Sales & Field Services leadership team.
• Promote team engagement and motivation.
• Uphold company programs, policies, procedures, pricing structures, expense reporting, compensation, and healthcare compliance.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of professional work experience.
• At least 3 years in the Medical Device Industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device sector, or 2 years of prior Sales Management experience in the Cardiovascular Industry.
• At least 2 years of business experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Preference for residency within the territory.
• Experience as a field trainer or in project leadership is preferred.
• An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
