This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Evaluate individual markets and create sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives with both prospective and existing clients for new system sales.
• Cultivate relationships and foster Accuray advocacy within the designated territory.
• Oversee all regional sales initiatives to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Establish reference centers within the region.
• Assist sales channels in crafting high-level proposals and highlighting product/clinical features, advantages, and benefits to medical physicists, oncologists, and key administrators.
• Engage in customer training programs, industry symposia, and trade exhibitions.
• Maintain and update the funnel in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) to provide a reliable forecast to management.
• Ensure that safety and quality considerations are proactively addressed and integrated into marketing and customer requirements.
• Adhere to the timeline for internal QA-related tasks.
• Promptly address and report safety and quality issues raised by customers or staff.
• Support Accuray’s Quality System and Safety & Health Program by following established procedures and mentoring others.
• Keep the Regional Business Leader informed about the competitive landscape and recommend pricing strategies for the specific territory.
• A Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical physics, business administration, diagnostic/medical radiography, human medicine, or a related field is essential.
• At least five (5) years of professional sales experience in medical equipment, with specific knowledge of the assigned territory, is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity and experience in oncology, radiotherapy, IMRT, radiosurgery, medical physics, and other healthcare practices.
• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing Project Management, including assessing financial risks and opportunities, and the ability to conduct business case analyses.
• Native English speaker; proficiency in another European language is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present effectively.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
• Capacity to work from home while maintaining a high level of motivation, professionalism, and ethics.
• Team player and a loyal team member.
• Dynamic, proactive, and driven to achieve high levels of success.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
• Candidates must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the country they are applying to on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
