This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Inspire, guide, mentor, develop, and retain a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists.
• Prioritize opportunities while assisting the team in enhancing results through the allocation and utilization of resources.
• Formulate and implement a cohesive business plan tailored to align with Johnson & Johnson's business and brand strategies.
• Engage in extensive collaboration across all organizational levels with crucial internal and external partners.
• Coach colleagues to effectively persuade both internal and external partners to foster mutual alignment.
• Establish overall account goals and objectives, while overseeing the development and monitoring of account metrics and business performance.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid driver’s license issued by one (1) of the fifty (50) United States.
• At least ten (10) years of pertinent work experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Previous experience in people management.
• Capability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
