This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate leads and establish connections with potential Financial Advisors through professional yet persistent ongoing engagement.
• Develop a recruitment strategy tailored for your designated territory.
• Responsible for achieving recruitment objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for Financial Advisors, clearly conveying and promoting our business model along with the advantages of partnering with CFG.
• Exercise discretion in assessing an advisor’s compatibility with CFG based on their business portfolio and other interactions.
• Deliver business presentations to potential advisors and offer consultative guidance on CFG's services, products, and technology.
• Negotiate and finalize offers to Financial Advisors by contrasting our independent brokerage model with their existing compensation frameworks.
• Track recruitment activities throughout the Business Development pipeline using tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
• Engage in outbound social media and calling campaigns pertaining to Business Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ongoing solutions development and execution of recruitment process improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Over 5 years of directly relevant experience in financial services recruiting or sales
• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 65, or 66 licenses
• Demonstrated negotiation abilities and a proven history of crafting compelling value propositions for potential clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
• In-depth understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and achieving metrics
