This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead the implementation of regional and national sponsorship activations along with venue deliverables within a specified area.
• Ensure exceptional program execution, outstanding client service, and strategic market leadership.
• Comprehend the role that the Media & Sponsorship division plays within Live Nation.
• Manage the legal contract process, approvals, financial documentation, and budget oversight for all sponsors in the region.
• Offer guidance on deal optimization to enhance client satisfaction.
• Cultivate extensive market knowledge in the assigned region, gaining insights about venues, existing sponsorship programs, non-Media & Sponsorship team members, sales opportunities, inefficiencies, and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, upper management, venue staff, clients, and seasonal employees.
• Establish rapport with counterparts nationwide to broaden knowledge and share best practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, marketing consulting, sales, advertising, or activation agencies.
• Diligent in client follow-up, with a proven ability to develop and maintain both internal and external relationships and work effectively at all decision-making levels.
• A proactive, collaborative, and organized approach to work, with a readiness to take initiative and consistently meet deadlines.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new business requirements while working under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential; familiarity with Salesforce, social media platforms, Asana, Airtable, and graphic design is preferred.
• Deep passion for music, including awareness of current and relevant artists and industry trends.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from venues and the office.
