This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners to ensure successful engagement, launches, and enablement, including the delivery of necessary sales, product, and support training.

• Work alongside the Channel Sales Engineer on technical enablement for pertinent partners.

• Create a technical enablement strategy that aligns with the channel sales strategy for the designated territory.

• Assist in facilitating the engagement between our internal sales and technical teams and the sales and technical teams of our partners.

• Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on the design and execution of marketing programs, events, and campaigns to generate interest and awareness among the customers of our partners.

• Formulate a business plan detailing how the target revenues and objectives for the year will be accomplished.

• Proactively keep up-to-date with industry trends, territory specifics, existing and potential channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies and objectives, value propositions, and competitors.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.


⛳️ Requirements

• University or College degree, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment, with a proven history of consistently exceeding quotas.

• A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who takes initiative and is adept at hands-on problem-solving, as well as generating ideas and solutions.

• Comfortable in problem-solving and conflict management scenarios.

• Experience in developing new partners, along with connections to decision-makers in current relationships within the channel.

• Ability to effectively communicate with partners at all levels, from sales representatives to C-level executives and business owners.

• A motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership capabilities, able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
