This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Sustain, enhance, and expand the GSI ecosystem within the designated territory, taking ownership of the GSI business plan for the region and achieving set objectives.
• This involves defining collaborative go-to-market strategies with key GSI partners and ensuring that CrowdStrike is integrated into their security practice offerings and client delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Engineers and other internal resources to facilitate technical enablement for GSI partners.
• Create a technical enablement strategy that assists GSI partners in developing CrowdStrike expertise within their practices, ensuring their technical teams are prepared to position, implement, and independently support CrowdStrike solutions.
• Foster and facilitate connections between CrowdStrike's internal sales and technical teams and the sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams of GSI partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment on joint opportunities, account mapping, and coordinated pursuit strategies.
• Strategize and collaborate with marketing on the design and implementation of marketing programs, events, and campaigns aimed at GSI partners and their end customers.
• Enhance awareness of CrowdStrike's platform within GSI practices and support demand generation initiatives led by GSI partners.
• Formulate a detailed GSI business plan that outlines how target revenues and objectives for the year will be met, including partner tiering, investment priorities, and joint pipeline targets with each key GSI.
• Proactively maintain current knowledge of the GSI landscape, including partner strategies, organizational structures, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the territory.
• Understand how GSIs are positioning cybersecurity services and identify where CrowdStrike can stand out.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies and objectives, value proposition, and the competitive landscape to effectively assist GSI partners in positioning CrowdStrike within their service offerings.
• Willingness to travel across Northern Europe to engage with GSI partners, attend joint events, and support strategic opportunities as necessary.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of alliance or channel sales experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment, with a proven history of consistently exceeding quotas — direct experience with GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GSI operations, including their practice structures, P&L models, and how they develop and monetize vendor partnerships.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach who is capable of practical problem-solving, as well as generating ideas and solutions within a complex, matrixed partner environment.
• Proven experience in developing and nurturing GSI relationships, including engagement with senior practice leaders, alliance directors, and C-level stakeholders within GSI organizations.
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within a GSI — from delivery consultants and solution architects to practice leads and executive sponsors.
• Self-motivated and focused individual with strong leadership skills, capable of multi-tasking and working either independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in alliances or channels within the information security domain, with a robust technical understanding across a wide range of security and networking technologies, is highly preferred.
• Experience working with GSIs that operate in the government vertical will be an added advantage.
