This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Develop and implement an annual business plan with contributions from key Solution Provider partners and relevant personnel from CrowdStrike's sales, marketing, engineering, and business development leadership.
• Establish and nurture strong, productive relationships with executive leadership at designated accounts to support and facilitate account campaigns, strategic plans, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess the progress and successful implementation of business, go-to-market (GTM), and relationship strategies to ensure mutual business objectives are met, while identifying action plans for any gaps or new opportunities.
• Provide precise and comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of identified opportunities to achieve or surpass quota requirements.
• Collaborate with the Channel Solution Architect on technical enablement for relevant partners.
• Create a technical enablement strategy that aligns with the channel sales approach for the territory.
• Facilitate engagement between our internal sales and technical teams and their counterparts in partner organizations.
• Strategize and coordinate with marketing on the design and execution of marketing programs, events, and campaigns to generate interest and awareness among Solution Provider clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, objectives, value propositions, and competitive landscape.
• Proactively keep up to date with industry trends, territory dynamics, existing and prospective accounts, and the competitive environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative enterprise solutions and effective GTM plans with leading Solution Provider Partners for a minimum of 2 to 5 years, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Significant experience collaborating with various channel partners throughout Sweden.
• Proven experience in expanding and driving a channel program across the region.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a hunter mentality, capable of hands-on problem-solving and generating creative ideas and solutions.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, possessing strong negotiation skills and effective interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence at senior levels.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership abilities, capable of multitasking and working independently or as part of a team.
