Regional Alliances Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with domestic partners to ensure successful engagement, launches, and enablement, including the delivery of necessary sales, product, and support training.

• Partner closely with the Sales Director of Mexico to synchronize the plan and execution of Alliances with the go-to-market strategy to foster accelerated growth.

• Coordinate efforts with Alliances Solutions Architects to enhance technical enablement for partners.

• Create a technical enablement strategy that aligns with the channel sales growth objectives for the region.

• Facilitate engagement between CrowdStrike and the sales and technical teams of Partners.

• Strategize and collaborate with field marketing on the design and execution of marketing programs, events, and campaigns to generate interest and awareness among partners’ customers.

• Formulate a business plan that details how target revenues and goals for the year will be accomplished, including quarterly business reviews.

• Proactively maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, territory, existing and prospective channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape.

• Retain an in-depth knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies and objectives, value proposition, and competition.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.


⛳️ Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment with a demonstrated history of exceeding quotas.

• A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who takes initiative, is adept at hands-on problem-solving, and can generate innovative ideas and solutions.

• Experience in partner development and familiarity with decision-makers within existing Channel relationships.

• Capability to communicate effectively with partners at all levels, from sales representatives to C-level executives and business owners.

• Self-motivated and focused individual with strong leadership abilities, capable of multitasking and working independently or within a team environment.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
