This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Promote and integrate Spine Enabling Technologies within the realm of spine surgery.
• Foster account engagement and encourage adoption among new users at assigned spinal accounts.
• Stay informed about local competitive landscapes and relay insights to the AiBLE Area Manager.
• Oversee daily strategic sales initiatives for Spine Enabling Technologies.
• Implement sales and performance activities focused on the region.
• Collaborate with spinal sales regions, districts, and territories.
• Develop and execute regional sales growth strategies to achieve or surpass the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Identify potential new users alongside Spinal Sales Representatives.
• Facilitate surgeon transitions to Spine Enabling Technologies procedures.
• Pursue new client opportunities and develop follow-up plans.
• Participate in surgical evaluations of Spine Enabling Technologies procedures.
• Act as a technical resource for core spine representatives.
• Work with Spinal Sales Representatives and District Managers on local initiatives and programs.
• Provide field training for the Core Spine Sales Force.
• Support sales and marketing objectives and plans.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and trade shows.
• Conduct hands-on training for core spine representatives, physicians, and hospital personnel.
• Educate residents and fellows at academic institutions.
• Fulfill Management by Objectives (MBO) requirements and complete periodic reporting.
• Supply clinical resources for surgeons, clinicians, and trainees.
• Engage in customer training at designated locations.
• Utilize knowledge of key literature and competitive lateral devices available in the U.S.
• Conduct business with integrity and adhere to Medtronic and Neuroscience policies.
• Travel to multiple accounts throughout the region and beyond the territory.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of applicable sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or an Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Active vehicle insurance policy is necessary.
• Driving record will be evaluated.
• Travel is a requirement of the role.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience with lateral spine procedures.
• Preferred: Intra-operative support for extensive lateral fusion surgeries.
• Preferred: Significant cadaveric experience with lateral spine procedures.
• Preferred: Experience in training sales consultants and physicians.
• Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Good interpersonal abilities.
• Preferred: Capability to develop strategies, tactics, and action plans.
• Preferred: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Skill in influencing key decision-makers.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
