This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure outstanding client satisfaction, achieve energy savings objectives, and successfully manage key accounts.
• Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team environment that prioritizes exceeding targets while embodying our CLEAResult values of Accountability, Trust, and Transparency.
• Act as a customer advocate within the program, ensuring proactive communication to enhance client satisfaction.
• Design and implement strategic account plans aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Establish and utilize a lead tracking report to monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and evaluate the performance of the account management team.
• Analyze data and customer insights to provide regular updates on key account status, emphasizing successes, areas for improvement, and strategic initiatives for ongoing growth and enhancement.
• Collaborate with program management and leadership to formulate strategies and provide solutions that inform outreach, marketing, external training, education, and other essential program activities that drive goal attainment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, demonstrating a history of successful client retention and revenue growth.
• Previous experience leading a team, showcasing strong leadership and management skills with the capacity to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical approach with the capability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Strategic thinker with the skill to create and implement effective account plans.
• Proven success in developing customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• An interest in the energy sector and a commitment to promoting changes in energy usage.
• Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
