This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve or surpass all designated quotas and objectives while accurately forecasting revenues on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Meet or exceed the necessary number of in-person meetings each month with clients and partners.
• Generate and monitor sales opportunities using Salesforce.com.
• Address any customer satisfaction concerns promptly.
• Navigate sales cycles to secure deals while building relationships and establishing credibility.
• Collaborate closely with your local Channel Account Manager (CAM) and the reseller partner network.
• Follow up on leads generated from inbound inquiries, web traffic, and corporate events.
• Engage in inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
• Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations through online platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between partners, customers, and relevant Fortinet team members.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 1 year of field sales experience in the B2B technology sector.
• Familiarity with the businesses and partners within the local market.
• Capability to conduct effective customer-facing and partner-facing meetings, providing timely and pertinent written follow-ups.
• A demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Understanding of the sales cycle alongside internal and external business processes.
• Proficiency in managing and guiding sales cycles from inception to completion.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time and activity management skills.
