This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Tasked with prospecting and overseeing the portfolio of high-value Corporate and Government clients for the organization.
• Deliver B2B customer support, identify new large accounts from designated leads (targeted clients), and showcase the product offerings.
• Formulate the commercial strategy for engaging with existing clients and prospects, focusing on enhancing the company’s revenue.
• Collaborate consultatively to comprehend needs and opportunities to create compelling value propositions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, ensuring access for company interactions.
• Guarantee comprehensive portfolio coverage with an emphasis on opportunity identification and relationship management.
• Recognize and pursue opportunities while conducting negotiations aimed at successfully closing sales.
• Enhance the share of wallet by exploring new solutions and services for current customers.
• Execute diligent account management with close monitoring of billing metrics, churn rates, delinquency, collections, and customer service issues.
• Utilize the company’s market differentiators, including robust growth, service plans, investments, and network progress.
• Exceed customer expectations through effective relationship management and proper alignment at events.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal support teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Post-sales, etc.), ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle with the company.
• Maintain updated information in internal systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering/IT, or Marketing, complemented by a postgraduate qualification.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and/or commercial management.
• Familiarity with negotiating services and IT/Telecom solutions, along with awareness of current trends such as IoT, Cloud, Information Security, AI, and Agribusiness.
• Knowledge and experience with the services portfolio (fixed, mobile, VAS, connectivity, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI).
