This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the mortgage process from client approval to loan closing.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and cultivate them into enduring partnerships.
• Develop comprehensive business plans to support the achievement of goals and quotas.
• Maintain regular communication with clients under your care to better understand their needs.
• Address complaints and resolve issues, focusing on customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation.
• Provide call reports to Towne as required.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and associated data.
• Train additional Account Executives as deemed appropriate by the company from time to time.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service position.
• Familiarity with market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.
• Basic understanding of conforming and government products.
• Outgoing demeanor, exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to approach mortgage brokers and small banks within the targeted market.
• Commitment to working the necessary hours to ensure a consistent flow of wholesale business to Towne.
• Ability to collaborate harmoniously and effectively with others.
