This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated U.S. territory that includes health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), radiology groups, teleradiology firms, and outpatient imaging providers.
• Lead the complete enterprise sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to stakeholder mapping, product demonstrations, technical validation, security assessment, procurement, contracting, forecasting, and obtaining signatures.
• Propel competitive replacements and platform consolidation by pinpointing a credible entry point and constructing a compelling case for transformation.
• Collaborate with founders, radiologists, engineers, and legal counsel as part of the account team while ensuring accountability for progress and closure.
• Maintain records in CRM systems, tracking stages, next steps, decision criteria, closing dates, and risks based on insights from buyers.
• Develop a sales pipeline in a challenging territory.
• Conduct discovery and value discussions with radiology chairs, PACS administrators, CIOs, and procurement professionals.
• Accurately convey technical and clinical evidence and engage subject matter experts when necessary.
• Engage in regular customer travel and attend significant imaging conferences.
• Proven experience in finalizing complex enterprise software or medical device contracts with health systems, IDNs, or sizable clinical organizations.
• Capacity to build a pipeline as well as successfully close enterprise sales.
• Proficient in engaging credibly with radiology chairs, PACS administrators, CIOs, and procurement teams.
• Competence in displacing existing solutions by constructing a persuasive case for change.
• Honest, evidence-based forecasting utilizing decision processes, identifying economic buyers, and determining subsequent buyer actions.
• Proficiency in accurately selling technical and clinical evidence and involving experts when necessary.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferable, though not mandatory: knowledge of radiology AI; medical imaging software; PACS, RIS, or imaging informatics; enterprise clinical AI; FDA-cleared medical devices; six-figure or larger multi-year SaaS agreements; familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message methodologies; an existing network within radiology and health system leadership.
• Must not disclose or bring customer lists, pricing, contracts, renewal dates, CRM data, or any other nonpublic information from a current or previous employer.
• Target variable compensation ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, with uncapped accelerators.
• On-target earnings between $260,000 and $320,000.
• Reimbursement for customer and conference travel is provided separately.
