This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve NSV, points of distribution (POD), and distributor blended GP% objectives within the region.
• Oversee distributor partnerships, general sales meetings, programming, and in-market implementation.
• Enhance POD growth and depletions for our priority brands.
• Collaborate on key account engagements and chain activations throughout the territory.
• Provide accurate forecasts; manage A&P and T&E according to plan; relay market insights to leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage alcohol sales.
• Experience in distributor management and accountability across multiple states.
• Proficiency in three-tier and account-level execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region for ride-alongs, market visits, and key account meetings, with occasional travel for national and team gatherings.
