This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Ensures market competitiveness through the ongoing monitoring and assessment of competitor pricing strategies.
• Assesses financial health by analyzing cash/over reports, inventory deficits, repair and maintenance costs, supply expenses, gasoline and grocery sales, and profit margins.
• Enhances sales and profitability by collaborating with gasoline and marketing departments to create strategies that optimize the execution of promotional initiatives.
• Safeguards employees, customers, and company assets by fostering a safe and secure work environment.
• Meets financial targets by formulating an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective measures.
• Allocates program expenses by generating operational and risk reports for detailed analysis.
• Maintains a skilled workforce by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.
• Boosts employee effectiveness by setting clear job expectations, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline, while also planning, monitoring, and reviewing job performance results.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the convenience store/gasoline sector is preferred, including at least five years in a management role.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be a confident public speaker and presenter.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually may be necessary.
