Region Merchandising Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Implement the localized assortment priorities as defined for the fiscal year.

• Allocate stores to grouped assortments.

• Address assortment issues based on both assortment evaluations and competitive analyses.

• Prepare and coordinate for annual events (such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and fires); manage response and product distribution during these events.

• Convey merchandising strategies to the store operations leadership team.

• Serve as a local resource to provide feedback to the corporate merchandising team regarding current trends and information in the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in supporting multiple locations across a broad geographic area, ideally within a large format retail environment.

• Background in merchandising or buying roles within a retail organization.
