This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealers, sales teams, and end users.
• Meet and exceed annual sales and performance objectives.
• Report to and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director.
• Execute product demonstrations and provide training sessions.
• Oversee dealer sales teams and manage direct account strategies.
• Maintain a customer database and integrate sales call activities within Salesforce.com.
• Conduct building assessments and product demonstrations.
• Monitor new project initiations through the Sales Pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the sanitary supply sector or a similar industry.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven maturity and business acumen.
• Exceptional selling and end-user account management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experienced with Salesforce.com.
• Effective skills in time and territory management.
• Capability to perform gap analyses and implement action plans.
• Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
