This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The role is responsible for driving sales and distribution growth of the company's products, emphasizing distributor management, market development, and retail execution.
• Responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution expansion of the product portfolio in the designated market.
• Create distributor programs aimed at identifying, targeting, and marketing to both existing and potential accounts, maximizing distribution, shelf space, and '3P' merchandising efforts within the market.
• Enhance brand awareness with distributors by regularly attending and leading distributor meetings, ensuring all levels of distributor management are informed about company initiatives.
• Design incentives and programs that maintain a consistent focus and effort on our brands.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against key priorities.
• Encourage the ‘Multiplier Effect’ by training and motivating distributor sales representatives and managers on product knowledge, sales techniques, brand pitches, and promotions that inspire representatives to act in alignment with our employee standards in the marketplace.
• Oversee and manage appropriate distributor inventory levels, collaborating with the customer orders team and distributor purchasing managers.
• Cultivate and nurture productive business relationships in the market that yield clear results.
• Work with the Sales Director to develop and implement the distributor’s Annual Business Plan and the strategic sales plan for the market to optimize sales and distribution.
• Provide daily management, development, training, and ultimate accountability for Field Sales Representatives within the market.
• Coordinate market blitzes in various locations both within and outside the assigned market.
• Handle account management, planning, and execution for chain and key accounts in the market.
• Develop and implement marketing promotions in collaboration with customers, festivals, and events.
• Utilize distributor data and reporting tools to uncover opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights.
• Document sales activity and weekly results as required by the company, providing necessary backup to support sales and bonus objectives.
• Achieve and sustain sales goals that are regularly established with the Regional Sales Director.
• Ensure regular and consistent communication with FSRs, the Regional Sales Director, the Marketing Manager, the Key Account Team, the Sales Management Team, and any other necessary parties.

• Business Planning - Capable of effectively planning and managing wholesaler objectives and initiatives.
• Bev Alc Experience - At least 2 years of experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry, preferably within the Beer Category.
• Manage Direct Reports - Previous experience managing direct reports in a sales environment is required.
• Wholesaler Knowledge - Familiarity and experience within the 3-tier system, capable of balancing the demands of wholesaler management with retail execution.
• Inventory Management - Knowledge and skills in managing distributor inventory are essential.
• Data Analysis & Business Insights - Proficient in VIP iDig, Karma, Nielsen Scan Data, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Enjoy a flexible work schedule, as weekends and extended workdays are often required.
• Maintain a professional appearance, keep a well-maintained and organized vehicle, and represent the company positively and reputably.
