Region Director – Sales and Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage diverse teams that include account managers, distribution sales managers, international sales personnel, and the business development group.

• Supervise territory planning, pipeline development, and performance management throughout the region.

• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, which encompass pricing, promotions, product assortment, and long-term growth initiatives.

• Anticipate and negotiate significant deals, evaluate sales performance metrics, and work collaboratively across functions to execute strategic projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in senior positions within industrial B2B sales.

• A valid driver's license.
