Referral Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Promote our services via platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and through personal networks (friends, family, groups, etc.).

• Initiate contact with prospective clients for an introductory call to explain the services offered and assess basic eligibility.

• Engage in an initial conversation to gauge the client’s needs and commitment level.

• Refer qualified and genuinely interested clients to our immigration team for a consultation.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with your referred clients to assist them throughout the process.

• Facilitate payments for clients when necessary using a secure and mutually agreed method.

• Provide daily or weekly reports on outreach efforts, conversations, and follow-ups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in approach.

• Proficient in utilizing social media for service promotion.

• Capable of working independently and achieving weekly targets.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is advantageous.

• Must be available for full-time work from Monday to Friday.
