Referral Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Advocate for our services across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal networks (friends, family, groups, etc.)

• Initiate contact with potential clients for an introductory call to explain the service and verify basic eligibility

• Conduct an initial discussion to gauge the client’s needs and commitment

• Refer qualified and committed clients to our immigration team for a consultation

• Regularly follow up with your referred clients to assist them throughout the process

• Facilitate client payments when required, using a secure and mutually agreed-upon method

• Provide daily or weekly reports on outreach efforts, conversations, and follow-ups

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized, responsible, and proactive

• Familiarity with social media for service promotion

• Capability to work independently and achieve weekly goals

• Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is advantageous

• Availability Monday to Friday (full-time) is essential
