Red Team Specialist – Information Security Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical Red Team efforts, adversary simulations, offensive assessments, and control validation tasks.

• Assist in defining methodology, scope, rules of engagement, and prioritization for offensive exercises.

• Direct or facilitate simulations that reflect the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of actual threats.

• Detect vulnerabilities in identity management, infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud environments, and operational processes.

• Deliver mitigation recommendations with technical precision, risk-based prioritization, and actionable guidance.

• Integrate offensive findings with Blue Team, CSIRT, IAM, AppSec, architecture, and governance efforts.

• Aid in the creation of indicators for exposure, resilience, and the effectiveness of controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in offensive security, penetration testing, Red Team operations, exploitation, post-exploitation, and controlled evasion.

• Proficient in MITRE ATT&CK, Active Directory, cloud infrastructures, networks, applications, APIs, and enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with offensive tools and structured testing methodologies.

• Capability to generate technical and executive reports with actionable mitigation recommendations.

• Understanding of the ethical, legal, and operational limits of offensive activities.

• Offensive certifications (OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CRTP) – Preferred.
