⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical security testing experience

• Robust understanding of security testing across various domains

• Proven experience in executing security assessments

• Familiarity with prevalent attack frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)

• Knowledge of automation and the development of custom tools

• Grasp of social engineering concepts

• Relevant certifications (such as OSCP, CREST, etc.) are advantageous

• Demonstrated history of discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities

• Experience in crafting detailed technical reports

• Proven record of responsible disclosure

• Contributions to security tools or research initiatives

• Evidence of ongoing learning and skill enhancement

• Proficient in written and verbal English – C1 level for international roles

• Innovative problem-solving abilities

• Strong skills in documentation

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team

• Experience in presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Professional communication skills with clients
