Red Team Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement red team campaigns, penetration testing activities, purple team exercises, and assessments of web applications.

• Convey attack vectors, discoveries, recommendations, and replication procedures to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Create scripts, tools, and offensive methodologies to enhance red team operations.

• Collaborate with teams in IT, R&D, Application Security, Product Security, Monitoring & Analysis, and Security Engineering.

• Stay informed about adversary tactics, techniques, and emerging vulnerabilities.

• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge bases and security documentation.

• Ensure the secure handling, storage, and disposal of sensitive information throughout engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a Red Team or Penetration Testing position.

• Proficiency in reading and modifying tools based on Python.

• Application of defensive security principles, including Defense-in-Depth, Principle of Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.

• Strong written and verbal skills for reporting technical findings and preparing documentation.

• Capability to analyze and convey technical information with precision and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with the operation of Windows and Linux operating systems, along with fundamental networking concepts.

• Familiarity with cloud-native offensive tactics, techniques, and procedures in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
