This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Expertise in handling high-demand operational profiles.

• Lead full Recruitment and Selection processes.

• Align candidate profiles with client needs.

• Advertise job openings on recruitment platforms and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews.

• Prepare candidate assessments.

• Maintain organization and oversight of ongoing processes.

• Provide consultative support to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;

• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (consulting experience is a plus).

• Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, among others).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Organizational skills, prioritization ability, and analytical mindset.

• Availability for 100% remote work.

• A suitable environment for remote work is required.
