This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• This role functions as a recruitment system support specialist for the Workforce Administration team within WVU Talent and Culture.
• The position will utilize WVU’s recruiting platform, Taleo, to develop and publish new job openings at WVU, as well as finalize offers for selected candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process into the WVU Payroll System.
• The individual will address complex and challenging cases received through phone, email, the HR portal, or other access points related to the hiring process.
• The incumbent will leverage case management tools to respond to and track inquiries, employing judgment, experience, and knowledge while utilizing independent thinking skills.
• Works in collaboration with the Center of Excellence to resolve issues faced by new hires.
• Partners with other cross-functional team members to address employee concerns comprehensively and promptly.
• Acts as a resource for Shared Services Center Customer Care Agents to help achieve a high percentage of first call resolution for customers.
• Aids in the onboarding process for Taleo new hires by addressing inquiries regarding the completion of forms and documents within the Taleo onboarding modules.
• Offers support to new hires with any questions related to navigating the onboarding system.
• Transfers new hires from Taleo to Salesforce once all required documentation is submitted.
• Develops, maintains, and generates standard reports.
• Proposes and initiates process improvement initiatives based on observations.
• Performs additional duties or special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least one (1) year of experience in areas such as Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or new hire onboarding.
• Familiarity with talent management systems or HRIS systems and related database applications.
• Experience in administrative processes.
• Customer Service experience is essential.
• Any equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience will be considered.
• All qualifications must be fulfilled by the time of employment.
• 37.5-hour work week
