This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Build and expand your client portfolio through methods such as prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Determine recruitment requirements for companies in the Industry and Construction sectors.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements.
• Identify, screen, and select the most qualified candidates.
• Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer strategic advice to clients regarding their recruitment approaches.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and develop long-term partnerships.
• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for technical or challenging roles.
• Strong skills in business development.
• An entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Specialization or experience in the Industry and/or Construction fields is a plus.
• A current client portfolio or an active professional network is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards is preferred.
• Previous experience in an agency or as a freelancer is desirable.
• Competitive performance-based compensation with commissions ranging from 50% to 90%.
• No limit on income potential.
