Recruitment and Selection Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Independent contractor tasked with overseeing the complete Recruitment and Selection processes, operating independently while aligning with client expectations.

• Perform profile assessments, job postings, resume evaluations, competency-based interviews, and present final candidates.

• Maintain organized pipelines, ensure effective communication with hiring managers, and meet deadlines consistently.

• Emphasize quality, precision, and a positive candidate experience, adjusting to various requirements, timelines, and hiring models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection, ideally within HR consultancy environments.

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.).

• Proficient in conducting competency-based interviews and administering behavioral assessments.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Active CNPJ (registered company) to operate as an independent contractor.

• Willingness to work remotely.
