Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Promote job vacancies through various channels and employ diverse sourcing techniques.

• Evaluate resumes and engage in proactive candidate sourcing (headhunting).

• Conduct video interviews.

• Administer and interpret assessments as needed.

• Create candidate evaluation reports.

• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the complete recruitment process.

• Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes with efficiency and quality.

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection.

• Prior experience working remotely (from home).

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

• Proactive, analytical, and results-driven profile.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and digital platforms.

• High school diploma required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Skills in recruitment.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Knowledge in environmental management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred professional experience: 3 to 5 years.
