• Advertise job vacancies across various platforms and implement diverse attraction methods.

• Review resumes and engage in proactive sourcing.

• Conduct video interviews with candidates.

• Administer and evaluate assessments as needed.

• Compile candidate evaluation reports.

• Assist the client throughout the complete hiring process.

• Ensure an enjoyable experience for both candidates and clients.

• Oversee the full recruitment process with high efficiency and quality.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and digital platforms.

• High school diploma.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge in recruitment.

• Understanding of environmental management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
