This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Offer sourcing assistance to the recruiting teams.
• Conduct prescreening and arrange quality interviews for candidates.
• Identify and engage with potential passive candidates.
• Act as the main point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Organize and facilitate interviews.
• Align candidates' skills with available job openings.
• Communicate in a professional manner.
• Uphold a high standard of confidentiality.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Maintain employee profiles.
• Provide administrative and compliance assistance to the recruitment team.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
