Recruiting Manager – Warehouse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Directly oversee and develop the onsite recruiting team members.

• Serve as the main talent partner to Warehouse General Managers.

• Manage high-volume hourly warehouse recruitment and professional hiring.

• Create and implement strategies for seasonal workforce increases.

• Personally conduct searches for select mid-to-senior level warehouse management positions.

• Position Quince as an employer of choice through community engagement.

• Continuously enhance hiring processes to ensure a swift candidate experience.

• Monitor and assess funnel health, cost-per-hire, cycle times, and recruiter efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in rapidly growing environments.

• More than 5 years of direct experience in managing teams.

• Extensive background in high-volume hourly recruitment and specialized professional hiring.

• Data-driven approach to operations.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.

• Strong grasp of local hourly labor market dynamics.

• Willingness to travel occasionally between the New Jersey and Las Vegas fulfillment centers.
