β€’ Take charge of the complete interview scheduling process for two EMEA recruiters, coordinating seamlessly across UK, European, and APAC time zones without missing a detail.

β€’ Oversee candidate communications, ensuring that every interaction is timely, professional, and provides a premium candidate experience.

β€’ Keep candidate records updated in the ATS, guaranteeing that pipeline data is accurate and ready for audits at all times.

β€’ Prepare and distribute interview materials, agendas, and panel briefs prior to each interview loop.

β€’ Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or gaps in the process β€” take initiative without waiting for direction.

β€’ Assist the team with various administrative tasks including job postings, reporting, and logistical support.

β€’ Independently coordinate with stakeholders β€” hiring managers, panelists, and candidates β€” without requiring oversight on standard workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive coordination, or high-volume administrative roles.

β€’ Outstanding organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities without oversight.

β€’ Excellent communicator in written and video formats β€” clear, concise, and professional in every interaction.

β€’ High sense of urgency: you recognize that delays in scheduling can negatively affect the candidate experience and impact the business.

β€’ Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced setting β€” you don't need a manager to guide your next steps.

β€’ Confidently manage logistics across multiple time zones with ease.

β€’ Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) or Gem is a significant advantage β€” but if you haven't used them, you will adapt quickly.

β€’ Located in the UK with the capacity to work UK business hours.
