• Collaborate with our recruiters to efficiently schedule a significant number of candidate interviews, debriefs, and reference checks. Manage intricate scheduling situations to align availability among various stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering communication with a friendly and informative tone to ensure a high-touch candidate experience. Guarantee that candidates feel supported and well-informed throughout their journey.
• Assist and propose enhancements to our recruitment processes in partnership with other team members in often unclear situations. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
• Lead the development and execution of new candidate experience programs and recruitment initiatives that strengthen Anthropic's talent acquisition efforts and address the company's expanding hiring needs.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume scheduling role, ideally within a recruiting or talent acquisition context.
• A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in crafting friendly, informative emails that foster rapport and clearly convey information.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, frequently addressing questions, requests, or new action items.
• An appreciation for feedback and comfort in both soliciting and providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities in ambiguous circumstances, with a talent for quickly generating multiple potential solutions to complex challenges.
• Experience serving as a strategic partner to Recruiters, assisting them in anticipating needs and suggesting improvements to their processes.
