Recruiting Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete end-to-end recruitment process, starting from analyzing requirements with relevant departments to the final handover of the position.

• You will create and post targeted job advertisements on appropriate platforms (such as JOIN and LinkedIn) and continuously enhance them to attract suitable volunteers for DEHIB, thereby sustainably fortifying our organization.

• You will coordinate and conduct both telephone and in-person interviews, assisting hiring teams in executing interviews.

• You will maintain and further enhance our ATS (JOIN) while ensuring a well-organized candidate pipeline.

• You will aid in building our employer brand as a compelling volunteer organization.

• You will contribute to the evolution of our recruiting strategy and bring forth your own innovative ideas.

• You will assist in the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring a warm and structured welcome.

• You will help develop HR processes and templates, including communication templates, guides, and checklists.


⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience in recruiting, whether gained through studies, internships, part-time positions, or professional roles.

• Familiarity with contemporary recruiting techniques, including ATS systems, structured interviews, and active sourcing.

• A structured and proactive approach to work — you enjoy designing processes rather than merely managing them.

• Clear and empathetic communication skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Alignment with DEHIB’s social mission and a genuine interest in impactful work.

• Proficient German language skills (C1/C2); English proficiency is a plus.
