This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Actively sourcing clinicians via platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups — engaging candidates prior to their application.

• Quickly responding to incoming applicants and transforming their interest into active, pipeline-ready candidates.

• Conducting screening calls to evaluate experience, availability, credentials, and suitability for roles.

• Preparing and submitting precise candidate profiles for available travel contract positions.

• Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Keeping unassigned candidates engaged and interested for future contract opportunities.

• Managing compensation discussions with professionalism and realistic market insights.

• Creating and sharing job postings on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Participating in relevant online communities to attract clinicians and enhance brand visibility.

• Providing consistent, proactive updates without needing reminders.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition — both inbound and outbound.

• Background in a high-volume or fast-paced recruitment setting.

• A true "hunter" mentality with strong proactive sourcing skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• High resilience and the capacity to handle rejection while maintaining momentum.

• Strong relationship-building abilities and a warm, approachable demeanor.
