Recruiter – HR & Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms

• Identify and attract candidates via LinkedIn and talent databases

• Evaluate resumes

• Arrange and conduct interviews

• Administer and interpret behavioral assessments

• Compile interview evaluation reports

• Manage the recruitment process from offer acceptance to position closure

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Access to necessary equipment and infrastructure (computer and internet connection)

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection

• Experience in an HR consultancy is an advantage

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as InfoJobs, Catho, Indeed, PandaPé, and others

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and deliverables

• Must possess a registered business entity (CNPJ) for invoicing purposes
