Recruiter, Bilingual – English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and oversee vacant salaried, general labor, and trades positions within the remote services division.

• Create job advertisements and identify suitable sourcing channels.

• Evaluate candidates through resume assessments and initial phone interviews.

• Engage in recruitment strategy discussions with hiring managers.

• Suggest recruitment approaches for challenging-to-fill roles.

• Develop candidate pipelines to address future hiring requirements.

• Formulate performance-based interview questions for hourly field positions.

• Confirm offer letter specifics with HR and the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst.

• Generate and dispatch precise offer letters and lead or take part in offer presentations.

• Ensure timely completion of new-hire onboarding documentation.

• Conduct and participate in new-hire orientation sessions.

• Attend recruitment information events and career fairs.

• Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets and utilize Smart Recruiters ATS for comprehensive recruitment and candidate management.

• Collaborate with senior managers, Human Resources, and the Vice President of Emerging Markets & Strategic Development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment for industrial/skilled trades across various locations.

• High standard of professional and prompt customer service.

• Capability to handle high-volume recruitment and develop candidate pipelines in competitive labor markets.

• Proactive in crafting innovative recruitment solutions.

• Ability to source both active and passive candidates.

• Strong collaborative and communication skills with Human Resources and other stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Smart Recruiters is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
