This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle for both technical and professional roles, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with program requirements through both organic and paid campaigns.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and program teams regarding market trends and best practices in hiring.
• Identify, screen, interview, and successfully onboard candidates across various technical fields.
• Negotiate job offers within set salary ranges while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, DOL, DCAA, and specific client requirements.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics while maintaining accurate documentation in ATS and CRM systems.
• Represent ASRC Federal at job fairs, networking events, and program sites.
• Assist with business development, proposal initiatives, and contract transitions.
• Engage in enterprise-level initiatives.
• Travel as necessary to facilitate recruiting and organizational meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the complete recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing and offer negotiations.
• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing, particularly for hardware, technician, and facilities positions.
• Strong knowledge of government recruiting regulations, compliance, and labor categories.
• Experience in a unionized setting supporting base operation support (BOS) contracts is preferred.
• Proficient with ATS platforms such as DayForce, iCIMS, and Workday, as well as CRM systems.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, specialized pipelines, and social media.
• Comfortable assisting with business development and key personnel efforts for proposals and recompetes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness and capability to travel as required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
