• Serve as a key advisor to candidates, offering guidance and professional assistance throughout their application journey.

• Accurately update and manage candidate information in our internal systems while ensuring confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with the larger Mercier Consultancy Group team to enhance recruitment strategies within the Customer Support sector.
