This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Operations team to address hiring requirements, organizational priorities, and workforce planning.
• Provide guidance to leaders on position structuring, job descriptions, compensation alignment, and recruitment strategies.
• Create sourcing strategies for nonprofit, technology, fundraising, marketing, analytics, and corporate functions.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
• Conduct intake meetings to set search strategies, define competencies, and establish selection criteria.
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines.
• Review applications, carry out initial interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Organize interviews, evaluations, collect feedback, and develop offers.
• Handle candidate communications and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry associations, and other channels.
• Advise, train, and coach hiring managers and interview teams.
• Facilitate structured and equitable interviewing processes.
• Represent CDP's mission, culture, and employee value proposition.
• Manage applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and candidate records.
• Maintain recruiting data and reporting.
• Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and diversity metrics.
• Provide recruiting updates and insights to leadership and the People Team.
• Assist with onboarding, pre-boarding, orientation, and the transition from candidate to employee.
• Collect feedback to enhance onboarding and recruitment processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for professional, technical, and business roles.
• Strong skills in interviewing and talent assessment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Experience managing multiple searches at the same time.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Capability to analyze recruiting data and leverage insights to enhance outcomes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Understanding of employment practices and hiring compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Preferred: experience in mission-driven, nonprofit, technology, media, consulting, or professional services sectors.
• Preferred: focus on diversity-driven sourcing and inclusive hiring initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in building talent acquisition processes within a growing organization.
• Preferred: knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer development practices.
• Preferred: experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and sourcing technologies.
