This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ownership of the recruitment process
• In this position, you will oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group.
• There will be a particular emphasis on recruitment processes related to occupational medicine, company medical services, and associated operational roles.
• Collaborating with hiring managers, you will clarify requirements, establish sourcing strategies, and ensure a clear and structured selection process.
• You are committed to conducting structured interviews, professional assessments, and providing a respectful candidate experience.
• You manage multiple concurrent vacancies with a strong focus on structure, prioritization, and a pragmatic approach.
• Active Talent Sourcing & Attraction
• You will identify suitable talent through relevant channels and engage them in a manner appropriate to their target group.
• For challenging and high-volume positions, you will create innovative sourcing strategies.
• You will build sustainable talent pools and maintain long-term relationships with promising candidates.
• Your creative ideas for enhancing our employer brand in recruitment are highly encouraged.

• Consulting, Management & Development
• Acting as a sparring partner, you will advise hiring managers, management boards, and internal stakeholders on recruitment, market outreach, and selection decisions.
• When necessary, you will confidently manage external recruiting partners to ensure quality, speed, and effective communication.
• You will regularly analyze recruitment metrics and implement concrete improvements for processes, channels, and sourcing strategies.
• Your active contribution will aid in the development of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• You will engage in team projects to help us make recruiting scalable, professional, and still maintain a human touch within a growing corporate group.
• Significant experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles.
• Strong proficiency in active sourcing and direct outreach that is tailored to the target group.
• Familiarity with ATS, modern recruiting tools, AI applications, and effective prompts.
• Excellent advisory skills for engaging with hiring managers, management boards, and internal stakeholders.
• You exhibit a structured, independent, and reliable work style.
• A keen sense for people, communication, and various target groups.
• You take pleasure in managing operational recruiting processes while also enhancing processes, standards, and structures.
• You communicate confidently in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in recruiting for GTM roles, occupational medicine, company medical services, health & safety, healthcare, or similar specialist areas.
• Experience in building scalable recruitment structures within a growing organization.
• Agency experience or experience in a highly dynamic recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing, or developing campaigns tailored to specific target groups.
• An affinity for KPIs, reporting, and data-driven recruitment practices.
• Understanding of multi-entity, buy-and-build, or rapidly expanding corporate structures.
• 30 days of annual leave
• Half days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
• Permanent employment contract
• Full remote work in Germany or hybrid work at the Berlin office
