• Take ownership of and manage the entire recruiting process for a diverse range of roles, focusing heavily on analytics, healthcare IT, Epic, and life sciences talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring requirements, develop strategic recruiting plans, and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies for challenging roles, particularly those requiring expertise in analytics, Epic certification, and life sciences.
• Establish and nurture a robust, diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
• Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare IT recruiting, specializing in Epic applications, data and analytics positions, and life sciences sectors.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by facilitating clear communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth interview process throughout.
• Represent Prominence as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our value proposition and unique differentiators to prospective candidates.
• Play a key role in employer branding initiatives to boost Prominence’s market presence and attract premier talent.
• Utilize recruiting data and analytics to monitor pipeline health, recognize trends, and continually refine recruiting strategies and procedures.
• Keep candidate and requisition data current and accurate within the applicant tracking system.
• Work collaboratively across teams, including People, Sales, and Delivery, to align recruiting activities with the overall organizational objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant emphasis on technical recruitment in healthcare or consulting settings.
• Proven experience in recruiting for healthcare IT positions, including Epic-certified professionals, analytics talent, and/or roles in life sciences.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, encompassing provider systems, data platforms, and clinical applications.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing hiring choices and shaping talent strategies.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced talent sourcing methodologies.
• Experience in utilizing recruiting metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and enhance outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Preference for candidates who have experience working in a remote or distributed team setting.
