This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from its initial stages to the delivery of job offers, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
• Identify and recruit IT specialists for various strategic accounts, primarily focusing on contract roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with clients to define qualification criteria and align on candidate expectations.
• Evaluate resumes and job applications, and interview candidates to present shortlists of qualified potential hires.
• Create and sustain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future employment opportunities.
• Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards, and social media channels to draw in top talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident.
• Foster strong relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and prospective IT resources to facilitate successful placements.
• Utilize advanced AI tools like Sense messaging to keep in touch with consultants and candidates.
• Employ Bullhorn ATS and VMS tools, including Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify, to track consultants and candidates.
• Engage in daily meetings with the recruiting team to discuss open requisitions and prioritize urgent positions.
• Deliver 8-10 qualified candidates weekly to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing, with a solid understanding of W2 IT specifications.
• Dependable network connectivity and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with candidates and clients.
• Professionalism: Uphold a high degree of professionalism and consistency, representing PTR Global with integrity.
