Recruiter, ABA Therapy, US Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and promptly addressing new candidate applications on Indeed.

• Conducting screening and placement interviews for designated ABA therapy client cases.

• Filling new cases within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.

• Dispatching onboarding documentation to successful candidates and following up to ensure timely submission.

• Coordinating background checks and ensuring compliance with all requirements.

• Transferring completed cases to the onshore staffing department with all pertinent information.

• Actively sourcing new candidates on LinkedIn to establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

• Keeping accurate records across internal systems such as ClickUp, Viventium, and Teams.

• Engaging professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, complemented by a warm and professional phone demeanor.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail — capable of managing multiple open cases at once.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• A patient, amiable, people-oriented personality that easily builds rapport with candidates.

• Proficient in basic computer navigation, including MS Office and Outlook.

• Self-motivated and proactive — able to manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines without constant supervision.

• Strong headhunter mindset.

• Background or exposure to ABA therapy, healthcare staffing, or a related field.

• Previous experience using ClickUp, Viventium, or similar ATS or project management tools.

• Familiarity with candidate sourcing on LinkedIn.
