This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Identify and assess qualified candidates through a range of recruiting and sourcing methods.
• Conduct screenings and interviews for suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with your Sales & Account Manager to pinpoint top accounts, desired skill sets, and essential market segments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with industry contacts to enhance knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Execute various customer service-related tasks.
• Contribute to your community by volunteering and collaborating with different philanthropic organizations.
• Discover and connect with potential candidates through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling (minimum of 60 calls per day).
• Share information regarding recruiting and staffing opportunities while applying recruiting strategies to leverage new prospects and drive closures.
• A degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• A solid understanding of the sales process and its dynamics.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Business-level English).
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including a knack for quickly establishing rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competence in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
