• Assembling medical packages (bills, records, police reports, photos)

• Ensuring the accuracy of medical documentation and billing

• Requesting clarifications or missing information when necessary

• Summarizing medical information for legal teams

• Managing multiple programs and systems simultaneously

• Adhering to quality and productivity standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English skills (reading and writing)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal or medical intake

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment

• Proficient computer skills and database management

• Organized, punctual, and self-sufficient profile

• Previous experience in the medical or legal sector (preferred)

• Knowledge in managing medical records (preferred)
